    Barbershop Update - Covid-19

    Dear Valued Clients:

In response to Covid-19, I have decided to close Wildcat Barbershop until it is guaranteed safe to be in close contact with one another. I feel that it is my responsibility as a business owner and a part of the Sacramento community to take precautions in keeping everyone safe and healthy. This has been a difficult decision, but I have temporarily closed online booking and cancelled upcoming appointments for the next two weeks. I hope to reopen for business as soon as possible. I appreciate each and every one of you for your continued support!

Stay tuned to this website and my social media accounts for any updates and feel free to message me with any questions. I'm looking forward to seeing you all soon, I'm sure most of you will be more than ready for your usual clean up. Until then, stay safe and healthy!

    Your Barber,

  • ✨Open For Business✨

    ✨Open For Business✨

    Hi Everyone!

I'm so excited and grateful to say that Wildcat Barbershop is officially open for business! We had a bit of a delay in the beginning due to our final inspections being rescheduled, but nothing out of the ordinary as far as opening brand new businesses go. A thankful shout out to all of you who were rescheduled during that first week, thanks for being awesome and understanding the process!

So far, the shop has been incredible. We are still getting used to the new space, the layout of the building and the parking situation. I'm working on getting parking validation with the City of Sacramento, so stay tuned for more on that.

Wildcat Barbershop is in Studio 16 inside the Sola Suites at 1675 Alhambra - The Cannery off of Alhambra and Q Streets. Once you get to the building, the outside door may be locked. If it is, the code to get in is 1675#. The Sola suites are to your left and if that door is locked, you can text me and I will buzz you in! (916-304-6222) The extra security is an added bonus and I feel safe knowing it's a controlled entrance.

Once inside, stroll all the way down the hall, take a right at the end and you will find me in the far right corner. We don't have our signage up quite yet, but it is on its way. My room is the bright teal studio in the corner. I can't wait to show you what I've got set up so far and to get your hair lookin' it's best! See you soon!

    Your Barber,

  • Barbershop Update

    Barbershop Update

    Hi Everyone!

Just want to give you an update on the new Barbershop. I am home from my Honeymoon and currently waiting for the last inspection to clear over at The Cannery. My studio is located inside a brand new facility and there are a few items to be approved in order to move in. The City of Sacramento has rescheduled our final walk-through for safety inspections, but I'm crossing my fingers that everything passes and I will get the green light next week.

I am so grateful for your patience as we wait to open! I'm looking forward to catching up with you all and hear about your holidays and share some of my wedding photos.

I'll keep you updated and will see you soon!

    Your Barber,

I have a new venture on the horizon! In January 2020, I will be the proud owner of Wildcat Barbershop! This will be a studio Barbershop located in the Sola Salons inside the Cannery Building at Alhambra Blvd and Q Street.

  • Out of Town

    Out of Town

Many of you have heard that I will be Out of Town for the holidays this year. This means my schedule will be jam packed and it's a good idea to book ahead! As of today, I have super limited appointments available and will do my best to accommodate your grooming needs. It's going to get crazy busy in the next few weeks and I hope to see you all looking your best!

If you want to see another barber while I'm away, just ask and I can point you in the right direction. I have a few barber brothers who I trust to treat you right.

Thank you all so much for your business! I appreciate you!

  • Pre-Book For The Holidays

    Pre-Book For The Holidays
Fall is here and the holidays are quickly approaching! There will be tons of parties, family get togethers and events with photo opportunities, so be sure to book ahead for your haircuts and beard services to keep your look polished! My books are filling up fast and I want to be sure you can reserve the appointment you want!
Here's a fun Undercut Design I made for Kylie for Halloween. Alongside the traditional and every day haircuts, I love creating something festive for a party or special occasion. Be sure to let me know if you want to try out a design!
    See you soon!

  • Heads Up!

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows that I've increased my service prices as of October 1st 2019. As always, I strive to create a great experience for each person in my chair and this will enable me to continue giving you the best service possible. I'm so grateful for each and every client that keeps my chair full and weeks busy, you are more than appreciated! Thank you for letting me be your barber!

  • New Location

Many of you have noticed that I have changed locations! I’m now taking all appointments at The Banyan Tree - 2311 S Street in MidtownThis new space is super chill and has free street parking!  Booking appointments and taking payment will still be the same process through Square. I’ve worked with many of the stylists at The Banyan Tree before, and it’s been great to see their familiar faces as I get settled in to my new station. I will miss my Barber Brothers over at Midtown Barbershop but I now get the chance to get treated as a client when I visit Skills for my haircuts. Here’s to the next chapter, I’m excited to see what’s in store!

    ✨New Products✨

I’ve ordered a few new items from R+Co and can’t wait to hear some feedback on how the product feels and wears throughout your day. R+Co is a company that specializes in quality hair care and I love everything about them.

“R+Co is about an experience. The packaging and fragrances were designed to enhance that experience and evoke a feeling, place, style or attitude. You’ll know just by looking at a bottle or tube what a product is meant to do, and the subtle yet sophisticated fragrances—meant for both men and women.

Our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates (SLS or SLES), mineral oil and petrolatum. They are all vegetarian, cruelty-free, gluten-free and color-safe.”

I aim to keep an array of products on hand for the variety of clients that sit in my chair. It’s good to have some options! If there is something you would like to try or curious if it would work for your hair type and style, don’t be afraid to ask!

  • 8/10/19: Donation Day!

I celebrated Second Saturday this month with a Donation Day at Midtown Barbershop! One of my fellow barber brothers, Justin, is a recent cancer survivor. I felt inspired to bring our community together in hopes of raising him some money and lift his spirits through his recovery. I feel that this is a topic many people can relate to. I have lost family members to the unfortunate disease, as well as know many of its survivors. This was a cause that pulled at my heart strings so I wanted to host a fundraiser to show some support!

Raffle winners took home baskets full of GIBS hair product and Midtown Barbershop t-shirts, dontated by our shop OG Skills the Barber, and my chair was kept busy by all my amazing clients whose service costs were donated as well. Together we raised over $850! I am beyond proud to be surrounded by a community of people who support one another! I know our efforts have uplifted our homie Justin and brightened his road to recovery. Thank you to all those who participated, you guys rock!!

Congrats to the raffle winners: Bryan J. P. and Rob H.!
